POPPIE’S LEGACY LIVES ON.

Before it was The Busted Cup Meat Market, this side of the building was known as Poppie’s Specialty Market—and the legacy is still the standard. At Poppie’s, we believe in two things: making the best sausages you’ve ever tasted and making our great grandfather, Poppie, proud. It’s a tall order, but when you’re crafting artisanal sausages by hand, you learn a thing or two about meeting high standards—mostly because Poppie wouldn’t have had it any other way.

We’re not here to crank out ordinary flavors. We keep it small-batch on purpose, using quality ingredients and pushing pairings that make you do a double take—then come back for more. If it’s a combo that raises an eyebrow, we’ve probably tested it, dialed it in, and made it worth the bite.
